French Bakery/Restaurant is looking for an experienced Barista and All-Rounder.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year experience with free pour latte art making skills
- Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to standard
- Able to multi-task effectively and handle different tasks independently as well as in a team
- Prepare a variety of hot/iced beverages
- Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
- Operate Point Of Sales (POS) Systems for orders
- Provide excellent customer service and answering to customers queries
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and respond to customer needs
- Follow the organization's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
- Follow the organization's food waste management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Execute daily operational tasks according to Company's standards (Opening/Closing)
- Maintain daily inventory supplies and order as and when necessary depending on the daily operations
- Suggest and execute areas for continuous improvement within work area
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore
- Possess a good COFFEE knowledge
- Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player.
- Strong leadership quality with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, resourceful and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Energetic, good team player and service oriented
- Have a valid certificate of Food Safety/Hygiene course in SG.
- Fully vaccinated as required by Singapore MOH.
