Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full spectrum of supply chain functions, including procurement, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
Plan and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, optimal stock turnover, and minimal obsolescence.
Oversee and coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Manage warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, space optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between supply chain, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure effective supply planning and problem resolution.
Drive and support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and supply chain management systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing supply chain activities.
Lead and mentor a small team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review, including inventory reports, procurement status, and supply chain KPIs.
Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse, and logistics.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and supply chain management tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
