Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Assistant Sales Manager (B2C) located in Kim Chuan Dr. Our client provides architectural and interior solutions, focusing on safety, security, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

• Lead the sales team to improve our win rate to achieve or exceed sales target.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team by instilling process discipline on leads management and pipeline development.
• Develop and implement new sales model to improve customer reach and engagement .
• Develop and build a strong dealers and resellers network to increase our footprint in the market.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the business.
• Regularly monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Degree in Business or equivalent qualification or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in B2C market, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
