Assistant QS/QS/Senior QS

Provide Consultant Quantity Surveyor duties for construction projects from inception through to completion and handover to Client.

Ø PSPC-Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized universities for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline.

Ø Fresh Graduates with Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are welcome to apply.

Ø Preferably with 1 year of QS relevant working experience with both private and public sector clients and with knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC forms of contract.

Ø Applicant who is currently a probational member with SISV or enroute to obtain Professional Qualification with SISV, APQS, AIQS, RICS will be an advantage.

Ø Work experience gained from consultancy firm will be an advantage.

Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and SPRs.
