Assistant Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The role is primarily responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and supervision of renovation and fitting out projects within an established timeline and budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure project success.
• Work with consultants and contractors to obtain necessary authority approvals.
• Liaise with vendor / supplier and workers to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Create work schedule and supervise project closely and take corrective actions to ensure contractors carried out works that conform to specifications, quality, budget and project timeline while adhering to safety code.
• Attend regular site meetings and report on project progress.
• Identify new contractors and evaluate existing contractors to ensure quality and compliance with company’s standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess 3-5 years of project management experience in retail shop construction/renovation projects.
• Experience in commercial interior renovation.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Services would be advantageous.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Singaporean only
