We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Assistant, Pharmacy Services who will provide admin-related support for our telemedicine operations.

Telemedicine is the practice of seeing patients using video consultations. Your role as a pharmacy services assistant will be to assist in packing the medications at our central dispensing location for delivery. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Pharmacy Services Team Lead.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation at Doctor Anywhere
• Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
• Arranging for deliveries for medications
• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
• Ensuring that medications packed are correct
• Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About you

• Able to work in on a shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Shift allowance is provided for overnight shifts
• Familiar with medication with prior experience working in a pharmacy/clinic setting
• Good Computer Literacy skills
• Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must
• Able to work in a team
• You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
