Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks and resources
• Prepare and update technical project documentation, including scope outlines, work breakdown structures, and progress reports
• Participate in design discussions, help identify potential risks or issues, and recommend solutions
• Conduct on-site survey to gather technical data
• Record observations, photograph site conditions, and liaise with contractors or field personnel to resolve on-site challenges
• Support quality checks by assisting with inspections, test procedures, and verification of project deliverables against standards
• Keep project records up-to-date, including site visit reports, technical drawings, and status updates
• Support the Project Manager in preparing presentations or progress reports for management and clients
• Assist in reviewing post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project process
• Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to expand technical and project management skill sets

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in engineering field (Electrical or related)
• Must have at least 3 years relevant working experience
