Assistant cook/supervisor

We are a traditional coffee shop catering to the heartlands, with most of our stalls selling mainly local traditional fare.

We are looking for an person with at least 3 to 5 years experience in the preparation of local noodles, such as wanton mee etc. Also experience in making of the traditional double boiled soup would be an advantage.

The person is expected to manage the everyday operation of the stall, order and prepare the essential ingredients for daily sales.

We are looking for an energetic person who can work independently and with the ability to drive up the footfalls of the shop with yummy tasting food to complement our existing food offerings.
