Assistance Vice President (AVP) , Asset Management Lead

The Asset Management Lead plays a key role in driving asset management excellence across rail projects by:

• Leading the development and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, including Maximo and MaxiMobility solutions.
• Supporting bid proposals for local and overseas rail projects focused on ISO 55001 standards, data analytics, and digitalisation.
• Collaborating with SBST Rail engineering teams on digital transformation, common data platforms, and asset data management.
• Supporting the implementation of Asset Management Systems to align with IAM maturity levels and enhance operational readiness.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ISO 55001 Asset Management and/or railway engineering.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 55001 / ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with EAM systems such as Maximo or SAP.
• Proficient in analytics tools and programming (e.g. Python, SQL).
• Familiarity with digitalisation initiatives and rail O&M processes.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
