architectural coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator with strong on-site experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing architectural works at the project site, ensuring smooth coordination with site team and adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in site inspections, planning, and day-to-day site activities related to architectural works.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise site teams to ensure work is executed according to architectural design intent and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.
• Handle all architectural-related coordination matters to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or a related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural site coordination or supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and procedures.
