Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Manage and oversee daily operations and on-site activities
• Ensure smooth project implementation and monitor work progress
• Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Plan, assess, and implement project safety and ISO systems
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and manage project execution
• Prepare site progress reports, maintain documentation, and attend daily site meetings
• Identify, address, and resolve site issues promptly and effective

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC qualification in Electrical, ACMV, Building Services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ACMV, VRV systems, and Cooling Tower systems is essential.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with ACMV systems and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Working Location: Tai Seng (Walking Distance from MRT Station)
