Hiring: Admin Executive

Location: Kovan Campus

Working hours:

• 5-days (Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm)
• 5.5days (Mondays to Fridays 9am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm)

Salary range: $2600-3200 per month (commensurate with experience. Candidates working on Alternate Saturdays receive higher salary)

Job Scope:

1. To assist in office general administrative and ensure compliance with EduTrust procedures

2. Assist in handling agents' matters / preparation of agent's contracts

3. Assist in preparation of orientation documents

4. Handling the day-to-day administrative operational documents

5. Update of information to database

6. Provide admin support to other key functions

7. Handling of university applications

8. Handling and managing of student’s pass matters

9. Monitoring of course application to admission process and submit weekly monitoring report to management

10. Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures

11. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures

12. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Ability to multi-task

2. Neat and meticulous

3. Able to work independently as well as in a team

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Ability to adhere to deadlines
