Hiring: Admin Executive (Admission & Operations Department)

Location: Kovan Campus (walking distance from Kovan MRT)

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm

Salary range: $2700 to $3200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

1. To assist in office general administrative and ensure compliance with EduTrust procedures

2. Assist in handling agents' matters

3. Assist in preparation of agents' contracts etc

4. Assist in preparation of orientation documentations

5. Handling the day-to-day administrative operational documentations

6. Updating of information to database

7. Handling of University applications

8. Handling and managing student pass matters

9. Monitoring of course applications and admission process and submit weekly monitoring report to Management

10. Provide admin support to other key functions

11. Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures

12. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures

13. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Good command in spoken and written English

2. Strong follow-up skills

3. Neat and meticulous

4. Ability to meet deadlines
