ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (FT-PERM 5 DAYS JOB)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently;
• Issue receipts/verify invoices/credit notes & billings/summons;
• Recording and verifying of daily and monthly collections;
• Monitor, track and ensure healthy AR Arrears Report;
• Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities in arrears;
• Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts;
• Respond to residents’ queries (calls and emails) and update system on call notes on correspondences with residents;
• Paperwork such as reminder and final letters & notices, Notice of Demand, Private Summons etc. as and when required;
• Liaise with banks, lawyers etc. as part of the day-to-day operational process;
• Assist with timely month-end financial closing activities;
• Prepare, examine and analyze AR accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
• Prepare and analyze AR Aging Reporting;
• Assist in annual and/or other required audit as required by Management;
• Prepare TC submissions to regulatory authorities if any; and
• Any other duties as prescribed by the Finance Manager, Accountant and/or Team Lead.
