About us:

The Ramakrishna Mission is a Social Service Agency was started in 1928 with spiritual, educational and cultural activities. We offer the following services:

- Temple and celebration

- Residential Boys’ Home with IPC status

- Counselling Canter with IPC status

- Kindergarten

- Other spiritual and community services

The Accounts Executive reports to the President Swamiji.

The key responsibilities are:

ACCOUNTING:

1) Work with and manage an accounting system within a digitalized environment.

2) Handle all payments, donations and book sales

3) Work closely with the admin/accounting staff of the 3 subsidiaries.

4) Co-ordinate inter-subsidiary transfers

5) Track and manage grants, special & fund-raising projects

6) Work closely with auditors for the audits of the subsidiaries and the consolidation.

ADMIN

1) Handle all general correspondences

2) Manage the membership records and fees

3) Respond to all enquiries

4) Work in close liaison with President and the team during fund-raising activities and other events.

5) Handle documents and logistics for AGM or any other meetings.

6) Uploading of documents to the Charity Portal

7) Compliance of GEC (Governance Evaluation Checklist) regulations and submission.
