Accounts Executive

JOB PURPOSE

To take on various Finance and Accounting duties, as well as to assist in Management Accounting functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that all Sales and Delivery orders are properly verified and managed
• Promptly submit all inbound Invoices for payment
• Performing checks for all outbound Invoices and promptly issuance to customers
• Checking of all Accounts Receivables are promptly collected and to take corrective action otherwise
• Assisting in report generation and analysis for the Sales and Merchandising teams
• Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year relevant accounts experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office functions (especially MS Excel)
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and step out of existing job scope when required
