Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payables
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare payments to suppliers monthly and ad-hoc basis
• Process staff claim monthly
• Assist in yearly statutory audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 3 years of book keeping experience
• Must have good knowledge of accounting entries
• Possess a good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently under pressure
• Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing
