Accounts Executive

Description

We are seeking a full spectrum Accounts Executive to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
• Processes invoices for payments.
• Prepare and submit GST returns every quarter.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Handle with yearly audit and tax work.
• Make sure all accounting tasks are done on time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
