Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll transactions
  • Calculate and process reimbursement claims
  • Update and maintain payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with legal payroll obligations, including the preparation/submission of CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS Pay, leave settlements, and employee claims.
  • Attend to inquiries from employees regarding payroll
  • Maintain employee and payroll data in HR systems
  • Process overtime, claims, and statutory contributions
  • Coordinate with HR system vendors for updates or issues
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees or authorities
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding payroll components, including leave and final pay
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and other payroll reports as required by management
  • Process payment vouchers and handle accounts payable tasks.
  • Manage the posting and recovery of expenses
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit trails, and document management standards.
  • Other any ad-hoc jobs assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, LCCI or any other equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 4 year working experience in related field. Entry level candidates are welcomed
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience including shift workers or overtime calculations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge of HR processes and legal compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attend to emergency call and able to work during public holiday or weekend if
  • 6 working days per week
