Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for three legal entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Perform variance analysis on income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during audit and tax filing processes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and help optimize accounting workflows.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist with consolidation of financial data across the entities.
