Account General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Seek new solutions opportunities for growth in sales territory
• Provide the Market General Manager accurate information regarding all aspects of the sales activities in assigned states (sales and budget forecasting, competition analysis, strategy adjustments, sampling effectiveness, market trends)
• Builds monitors and orchestrates sales pipeline activities to advance, invest in or divest of opportunities
• Plans, directs, and communicates monthly and annual operating plans to internal (CPG Leadership, Brands, SCO, Planning, etc) and external stakeholders
• Develop an overall strategic account plan which aligns CSC’s solutions with known and budgeted customer initiatives, enabling consistent multi-year account revenue growth

Requirements:

• The Account General Manager will possess a BS/BA, MBA preferred
• International business experience and astute cultural awareness in all customer places of business
• Successful track record of career growth leading to general management responsibilities consistent with the needs of a global business & technology solutions provider
• Referenceable ability to build strategic C-level client relationships yielding quantifiable business results for all parties
• Effectively leads the team, exhibiting excellence at establishing role clarity, goal alignment, and KPIs
