Job Description & Requirements

Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm (1 hour break), Someday will be 7am to 4pm / 730am to 430pm – Need to be comfortable to start earlier

Sat: 8am to 12pm

5.5 days work week, up to 44h/week according to clinic operation timing and this job requires staff to stand for long hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Represent clinics as a front-line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
