2419 - Counter Service [ One Year Contract // Kent Ridge or Punggol Coast // Training Provided ]

• Salary: $ 2300 - $ 3400
• Working Location: Kent Ridge x 2; Punggol Coast x 2
• Work Timing: 6 days, 7.30am - 6.30pm / 9.30am - 8.30pm (management will arrange off days)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP
• Provide friendly customer service
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Stock-taking
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Sweeping and mopping
