Counter Service (Part Time x 5)

Working Location, Work Timing & Salary:

Starts from February
One North x 1; Labrador Park x 1 (Mon - Thurs, 10.30am - 2.30pm no break, $ 850)

Starts from March
Raffles x 1 (Mon - Thurs, 10.30am - 2.30pm no break, $ 850)

Kent Ridge x 1 (5 days shift, $ 1700, 7 hrs including 30 mins break) (Management will arrange off days)

Punggol Coast x 1 (5 days shift, $1700, 7 hrs including 30 mins break) (Management will arrange off days)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP
• Provide friendly customer service
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Stock-taking
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Sweeping and mopping

Requirements:
